Good results of digital memories. Kept account for a while until I got them into a hard drive at home.

This was a project I have been meaning to do for over a decade. I went to multiple CVS stores who claimed they could convert these into photographs and was turned away from all of them. This was super easy and clear, Al though I do wish there was a cost range or estimate prior to mailing everything in.

My experience was very touching the customer service was like a therapist very understanding and kind and helpful we need more people like her on this planet

Overall, this process was very simple and easy to execute. Everything was completed within the timeframe and all materials were returned to me.

The videos that were transferred were great and fun to watch. I only wish I had sent in some sooner before the damage was done to those that were too moldy to transfer.

Good communication, good quality. Even with a sale price, my order was still over $400. Worth it I guess

I had two VHS tapes converted to digital to try out the process and it was a very positive experience.
The account was easy to set up, the communication from the iMemories team let me know when my materials were received and within a week, the tapes appeared in digital format in my iMemories account. My original materials were returned to me soon after. I downloaded the app to my TV as well, so now I can watch my 10 year old self be silly on television. I will definitely use this company again.

Our parents were the gatekeepers of family photos and videos that had been taken over the course of their lives, their parents' lives, and now my brothers and my life. Total quantity was about 20,000 videos and photos! Had we not decided to take the dozens of boxes to iMemories, many of these precious memories would have simply been lost forever. IMemories did the impossible - they sifted through 75 years of dozens of boxes and digitized our family's amazing history. Memories that could have been completely lost, we now have for ourselves and our children. We can't thank iMemories enough - great communication throughout and we couldn't be happier with their work product. Highly recommend!

Excellent and quick turnaround
Received my films back quickly

The process was quick and I was able to easily share my memories. I ordered the Zip drive after discovering your memories are only viewable on the site for a limited amount of time (about 4-5 weeks, I believe) unless you sign up for a monthly fee, which I did not want to do. I received my Zip drive quickly.

Easy process, glad to be able to pass on family memories to my sister in law
