I original sent some of my VCR tapes to be converted to another company because it was slightly cheaper. Not only did they not do a great job, they told me that two of my tapes weren't able to be converted but they took my money. They just did a digital conversion without cleaning up the dead space and old movies we taped over and took over 6 months to do the job! Lesson learned. I sent the same VCR tapes to imemories who completed the work within a month and gave me a far superior digital conversion including those two tapes that couldn't be converted! Excellent service and quick turnaround! Highly recommended!

IMemories does not input any address information on customer orders, unless you call in to make payment by phone. Once Checkout is selected, customers are promoted to enter the return shipping address, payment information and billing address. Once payment is made, there is an email confirmation sent out with the order information and the receipt for payment. The return shipping address is listed in the order confirmation, as we know how important it is to get your memories returned. We are so happy to hear you were able to get them safely returned.
