I loved sharing access with my family to the iMemories app on Apple TV. It's been a big hit for everyone to have immediate simple TV access to all of our family memories. I would to see an additional service to digitize audio tapes. :)
I had about 15 Hi8 tapes that had been forgotten and packed away for 30 years. IMemories digitized them and returned the original tales. I downloaded the digitized files and then burned them to DVDs to share with my family. Great job. Thank you.

What a beautiful thing this company does. They have converted several VHS tapes and negatives that had been collecting dust in my attic for years. I am so pleased with the results. They took good care of my tapes and negatives. The turnaround time was so fast! I can't recommend this company enough! As I come across more and more pictures and tapes, I intend to send them to imemories. It's a priceless memory to have once again.

The items I sent were scanned and delivered back to me in a timely manner. I wish that the films good have been cleaned of dust a little better. But the service was great.

Not as pricey as expected, yet the service was very well organized. Mostly important they came through with the goods. I now have all our home movies in a thumb drive, and so do my siblings for their birthdays. Hearing about it, now my cousin wants to do his.

Easy as making apple pie but with a lasting memories and I can send pictures around the world. Can't do that with my apple pie
Processing was fast. However, when I requested for the processors to work on tracking of a couple of my videos, I had no response or improvement on those two videos. These both had content with my daughter in them who is deceased.

I see that our team did review and reprocess two of your videotapes. They were able to get a much better capture of the Graduation video. Our team ran the other tape through different equipment as well as manually and was able to clean up more of the static. Both of the videos have been added to your account to view. The slides were converted faster than expected which was nice.

Hi Kari, Thank you for your review! We understand how important it is to get the best quality capture of your memories. When we do the digital conversion of films they are dry cleaned, repaired if needed and put through a color correction process to ensure the colors look natural. We can not however, add light where it wasn't originally. If they were filmed in low light or a dark room the digital copies will be dark as well. They converted my films and VHS I left them so long they were starting to degrade. Don't waste time convert your before you lose precious memories!
I had so many beautiful memories of my family and children events that I thought I was not going to see again until I saw a commercial that changed my life...OMG I have watch my videos over and over again and shared them with my family. Very happy with the nearly 500 slides over 50 years old that were converted to digital photos. Received my slides back in a timely manner.
IMemories does a terrific job. Tapes -- some 50 yrs old -- were converted to digital and now we can enjoy them via computer, phone, TV etc. My kids now in their 50's get to see themselves as infants, childhood & college and then marriages! Priceless memories!
