This is 1st email received since I sent my videos and photos. I had to call to see if my package was received. I want email notification also after digital process done. I had to check online. I receive emails each day from marketing about buying products but not about status of my order. Two years ago it was better.

Very much enjoyed the digitalized memories and overall service satisfactory just not sure about the $50 per year membership seems a little much having already paid $166
Imemories did a great job converting VHS and 8MM for me of my adult children growing up as well as one from over 50 years ago. Good quality and customer service was very prompt in answering my emails. I just mailed off 7 more videos for conversion and plan on giving them as Christmas presents.
Great deal with great editing on so many home movies! The process was smooth and my original material was returned in perfect condition.

Video title were good based on some titles on video. Options were excellent, download, the ability to send via email or text.

I didn't know there was going to be an additional charge to be able to continue to access the videos.

It allows customers to use our mobile app which can make sharing media much easier. Customers also use us as a place to store their media. I had multiple video different video applications and iMemories was able to convert them for me. For my daughter's 25th birthday I am giving her these converted videos of when she was a baby, that she has never seen before! Including video of her father and I when we were married over 30 years ago. He has since passed so she'll be able to see the younger version of him and hear his voice again!
It has been a very good experience working with iMemories. Everything has worked out as advertised. I'm very pleased with the results and having special videos and photos digitized and available to share via the internet.

I took a chance and sent off all my old family VHS tapes. It was a total of 80 short videos. I held my breath until a few short weeks later I got a link to view all of my videos! I binge-watched every one of them. My precious son passed away three years ago, and his entire youth was in those videos. Words cannot express the bittersweet feelings I went through reliving those years. IMemories was a wonderful service, timely, high quality, great customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend them. AND, they sent back my old VHS tapes!
