The process was convenient and simple. My tapes are now all downloaded to a flash drive and easy to watch.
I was worried at first to mail my precious memories, but I sent FED EX with tracking number and they emailed throughout each step. I just received my second batch of videos and I'm gathering my third now. It's been wonderful to not stress anymore about having our memories just sit in a drawer. Now we can all access them. Thank you imemories!
Very easy to send films, and as they become available they are very easy to access. I did have some issues downloading unzipped, single videos. Zipped file videos download easily and can be stored and viewed locally if you wish. I do suggest giving an option that as the transfer is begun, if the film is in such bad condition that the viewing quality will be worthless, that the customer be contacted and given the choice if they want to spend money on the video.

Like the first set of tapes I sent to be converted, the 8mm for the most part, seem to convert fairly well. However, almost every mini dvd I've sent, they don't come out very well. Thank goodness I have been very diligent about having them corrected, or I'm not sure that anything would be done to try to correct them. Since you all know the minis are a problem, I would just think that maybe you could do something to make sure they are ok before sending them back to us. I would give a much higher rating if I didn't have to do so much followup work on the minis I have sent in. I think I have now sent you about 49 tapes to convert. One of my minis was even ruined, although my rep was wonderful in handling the situation and apologizing over and over to me. I sent it to be corrected like the others, and it went from bad to much worse. This was one I had watched and was in perfect condition before I sent them to you to be converted. Hope this feedback is constructive and helps you! I rated this review 3 stars, but when I submit it, the review changes to five stars.
It was great to have my VHS tapes converted with the minimum hassle. It did take more than a month but still worth it.
This is the second time I sent in VHS tapes. I love the fact that our family memories are safe forever and we will all enjoy them for years to come.

Very easy to do. Shipping was not an issue, box came, packed it and shipped it. I was notified when my memories were uploaded and easy to share with family and friends.
It's been an awesome ride down memory lane. Almost, got lost once in the memories but found many more memories to be transferred so am getting myself organized, though a long tedious project on my end, well worth the effort when iMemories gets finished with their end of the project. My children and grandkids are also so amazed and enamored watching these memories and feeling they are reliving their childhood.
