Uploading was a little difficult for someone who is not very adept with the concept of uploading then downloading to an external hard drive. It took awhile but I managed to get it done and I'm very happy with the results.

IMemories did a great job with all our slides. I like the way they grouped them in separate titled folders the way I sent them in.
The colors were pretty good considering how old the slides were.

Got my movies converted as promised. Had some extra communication that was my fault. Talked to many different people, making the process more difficult. I think the prices are high. Neither delighted nor disappointed.

I realize much of this is mundane and NBD to many but:
- When I packed up my memories, I included a VERY detailed letter about certain things... which apparently was immediately disregarded.
- I had 2 copies of 1 video. My graduation. I attached a note to it (and taped the 2 VHS TOGETHER) saying I only needed 1 copy, but I wanted to be sure they had both in case 1 didnt work... I got both transferred, so paid for the same thing twice.
- Much of what WAS transferred is horrible quality. I get things age and theres not a lot you can do about it, but many are hardly viewable at all. I expected better quality. It hasn't been that long since they were last viewed, and at that point they weren't as bad as I see on here now.
- For as much as I paid to do this, I expected far better.
I've used iMemories several times and had a wonderful experience always. Thank you so much!

Im very pleased with my order. I had a dozen VCR tapes converted & am so glad I did.
My wife and I were initially somewhat reluctant to send our family tapes away. But everything went as promised and hoped! The quality of the conversions were all excellent -- color and sound! We are sending our next round of tapes in moving forward!
