I was afraid that my films had become too brittle, but my 100 year old father got to see his precious wife from 67 years ago. I got to see myself and others from 50 years ago. I highly recommend iMemories. I trusted them with our families' memories and they succeeded.

It was so great to be able to watch videos from years ago - we had piles of video on tape with no devices that could play them. We have spent hours watching the videos with tears streaming down our cheeks as we relived our kids' childhoods.

It has been so long since we heard some of our family member's voices and these movies have my Dad who passed telling stories at a Christmas gathering of the family and my brother is there too. My niece, who passed is in many videos, and it helps to see her again. My granddaughter can show her children what she looked like as a toddler singing and experiencing her Christmas and Easter surprises. Our trip to Yellowstone is remembered with all the wildlife! Some of the videos were so damaged that they were almost lost forever that we are so grateful to you for saving them for us. Now our family can enjoy them and I can share them on DVD as gifts.
I was and still am thrilled to see these memories again, it was one of the best Christmas presents I have ever received!

This was a great service at a reasonable price. I'm glad I found it as I've been wondering how to get some old 8mm family videos into my cloud. Worked great!
I was able to receive all my 8 mm film digitally and it was great to see family members I haven't seen in years. My only complaint is that some of the film lighting was bad, and they don't offer a fix for that, so some of my film where it was white on white I was not able to see anything.
IMemories provided an easy process to digitize all of those old videos. I had not realized how important those old memories were!
We are so pleased with our home movies. I waited until i viewed them before i gave our adult children the log in info. I think they must have watched all 92 videos that night.
I don't have a VHS player, so I wasn't sure what was on my tapes. I sent in 4 and it turns out that I didn't care about one, and one was a duplicate, so I had to pay for four but only really care about two. If there had been a way to preview 1 minute of each tape, I could have figured out which ones I wanted converted. I'm still happy with the result, but I think a preview opportunity would improve the experience.
I had three Super 8 films converted to digital and was surprised and pleased to see myself and my family in all three films. It was very special to see. They were easy to send to family members and easy to save to my phone. I'm glad I did it.
