All our pictures, slides, and video tape were duplicated and mostly came out very well. The video tape was the only piece that was sumwhat disapointing. I thought the tape which was very dark would be brightened as it was duplicated. This was not the case.

I sent in 49 Super 8 and Video cassettes. Most of them came back very clear. It's been wonderful to see and hear so many friends and relatives that are no longer with us.

We had many old vhs and older family videos that were unwatchable due to the only VHS player we still have being a piece of junk. I heard about the IMemories company and sent mine in. The results are amazing, and I was able to share them with family members to watch online or on their phones for the first time in over 30 years for some videos. We are still missing some videos that we couldn't find to send in, but I guarantee that the minute we find them we're sending them in for restoration as well!

All my originals were safely returned.My issue was resolved in a timely manner. They extended my free streaming. I also enjoyed the 50% discount. All restorations are very good quality. I thought our old home movies would be lost forever if I did not convert from VHS tape. So I decided to have it digitalized through your company. The process was easy, clear and understandable. Now I can enjoy watching it on my computer and rest easier at night knowing it was saved.

I had a DVD of my dad taken the night before a surgery he did not survive. So glad I made the tape. When I saw it in my drawer, I immediately knew I had to get it converted before the tape degraded. I have sent the link of the file to my brothers and children, and they are all thrilled to have it!

Shipping irreplaceable treasures across country is very hard. I was happy with the shipping process and communication.
I was disappointed in the results of one of the transfers. One of the 4 Super8 50ft reels came back without sound. It does have sound on the original reel and featured my toddler son singing and talking. I'll pull the sound out of the original and sync it with the video myself. I have the equipment to handle that but I couldn't get a satisfactory video transfer which is why I used your service.

I appreciated being updated. I thought you all did the job in a timely and efficient manner.
