The videos were nice. I was disappointed with the cost and the services. Many other companies offer much more for less.
My experience been all over the place! With me not knowing how this really works and not getting guided by representatives. I spent a lot of money converting all my memories. I am not one computer savvy & didn't know I was Supposed to put my memories in categories. I just wish someone would've guide me better that was the whole purpose of me getting all my CDs and memories in order. The only good thing is that they are convert it into CDs. My cds don't match the cover of my pictures. I wish that your company would've given me a guide how to get them in a better order and category.
I really had no idea what I wanted in converting my old VCR tapes to digital. The people that I talked to were extremely helpful and explained everything. I would highly recommend iMemories.
All I have to say is that we're enjoying watching family memories from 20 years ago, and it is such a wonderful thing! The fact that our family can watch them from wherever they are makes it even greater. Money well spent.

I couldn't be happier with the results of my digitized memories that I sent to iMemories! My initial reason for submitting any old videos was to come up with a unique gift idea for my Dad's 90th birthday. I not only made him happy, but you should have seen all my sisters sitting around with tears in our eyes an laughter abounding while we enjoyed watching with him. We were able to go back 30 years to family gatherings & then enjoy videos taken over the last 10 & 20 years. My only regret is not having done this prior to my mom passing last year. I know she Seoul's have taken so much pleasure from viewing these! The very best part is that I could easily download my dad's gift onto a memory stick for each of my sisters! It's the gift that keeps on giving!
Our year of staying home through Covid 2020 was enriched by my preserving our family memories and videos. Some dating back to 1957, which I had never seen before. As decades have past, technology has advanced where old movies were inaccessible. Now since all is digital, our family can enjoy for a lifetime. I can't say enough how delighted I have been with IMemories, their abilities and the service end result provided. I also received all originals back in great shape. Will be sending in my 6th box of originals soon!

I sent 12 home VHS movies in the box that came after I ordered. All of my movies were converted and I could view them online at anytime within days. I couple of weeks later, I received my VHS movies back and in good condition. It was a little expensive, but worth the money. I will be sharing a disk with several family members as a Christmas gift this year. Priceless.
I've been putting off converting my family slides for years! Then I found iMemories. The process was so simple and quick! Within a few weeks I was able to share the pictures with my sisters. I ordered the conversion thinking I would get a flashdrive but I got data uploaded to a cloud storage system and THEN I had to order a flashdrive. I am pleased with the overall process, but I think it was confusing exactly what I was getting (reason for 4 stars)

I reviewed my i memory app but there doesn't seem to be everything I sent you. I am not sure why there are some blank videos or 5 seconds.
