Very nice product, and are they separated my videotapes to individual viewing clips. I purchased plan so I can look at my videos online for a year. I didn't expect her to pay for that kind of service but I understand it. I liked it so much I'm sending another 10 teams for them to digitalize. Way too many emails letting me know that I haven't sent anything or the beloved 30% off if you send it now.
I was so happy to find this company because I had so many memories I wanted to preserve. The process was so simple and easy. Highly recommend!
I can view MY video but I cannot view my order from YOU. I know it wasn't the best quality, but it certainly is better than the digital copy you sent. If you couldn't duplicate it, I wish you had just returned it and not charged me.
I have put it off for years. I even tried to do it myself several times buying connectors, adaptors, and even a machine with no luck. This was so easy, affordable, and quick! I have showed so many people the videos that are now digital and simple to access. I can't tell you how happy I am. I have a few more tapes but I need to spend some time screening them. I will send them in to be put to digital soon. Great job!

Other than FedEx failure, twice, once my home movies were received they were digitized sooner than I expected and the results were great. It was also easy to download and share.
The videos turned out to be a trip down memory lane. I was able to share them with my mother as they were videos of her mom and dad. Overall pleased with the process.

I have seen so many ads for this service, so I thought I would give it a try. I paid for them to send me a box, nothing special, to send them my tapes. I sent 3 vhs tapes and I camera recorded tape. They were very good with communicating during the process. However, when I was told to view them online, I was disappointed. I do realize that these tapes were old, but I thought that they would be enhancing them. The only thing they did was copy them as they were. I could have gotten that done myself for a lot cheaper. It was just change under $100 to have this done. I have so many other tapes and films and pictures that I wanted to get done, but I just cannot see spending so much money to do it. I will do the best I can by myself, cant be any worse than what I got from you for $100.
