Quality of video wasn't as good as I hoped, but it was a 21 year old vcr tape, which itself was a copy. So I was just glad it wasn't ruined completely!
Overall, the process went as expected. I filled the box with the Media I wanted converted. They processed the media and I received emails with links. However, there were several videos that were not processed and I never received any explanation or reason why they did not process them. The website is lacking basic customer service interaction; there was nowhere for me to ask questions about the missing videos. I never received any kind of email or notification letting me know why they could not process some of the videos.
I did receive the videos that were not processed back but still the website and the whole process could be better.
I received my digitized videos promptly. One videotape contained content that was not from my family. I contacted the company and was instructed to return the tape for a "REDO". I did that and the tape was correctly and promptly digitized according to my requested timeline. I marked 4 stars due to the initial error. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the digitized videos and the company's response to this occurrence.

This was such an easy process. I was nervous about sending originals, but they digitally reproduced all and safely returned original media. It is so nice to easily share these past memories with family. Great service that was reasonably priced.
It has been awesome to have these old memories to view again! Since I no longer have the equipment to show the films anymore, to have them digitally to view has been great! I have been able to forward them on to my family and friends who were in these old films so that they can enjoy them again, too!
