We had so much fun over the holidays watching all our old VHS and DVD videos from years ago that we forgot all about. We no longer have the equipment to view them on. It's So easy to watch and share them with all the family members.
Viewing our old memories for the first time in 20 years was so amazing!
There is one video that the sound and picture doesn't match and i would like that fixed please.
I recently used iMemories to digitize approximately 3500 family photos. The results exceeded my expectations. Within a few weeks, I was able to view my photos in my iMemories account. I was able to organize the photos into folders and used the folders to create personalized flash drives as gifts for family members. I did contact Customer Service to help me troubleshoot a delivery challenge. Danielle from customer service went above and beyond to help me. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend iMemories to digitize and preserve your photos!
I spent the extra money to have my order expedited before Christmas so I could share the memories of the home movies with my family.

Wonderful service. My family and I have really enjoyed all of our old photos and films. I had so many films in metal containers for so long, many 50 years and older, all in a box in my basement. I have a movie screen, a film projector, a slide carousel, lots of equipment. Photography was always my thing but sadly I hadn't taken any of them out of the box for 50 years plus. Now, thanks to iMemories, our family can now easily view them anytime they want. We've all been viewing them so much and grateful to have them digitized. Thank you iMemories!

The customer service team was able to timely address a number of questions I had at the beginning of the process. The Imemories technical team was able to boost the sound from a VHS tape from 28 years ago.
The shipping was fast and secure and my VHS tape and film reels were converted very quickly. My only complaint is the website is not the best and could use some upgrading. Other than the slow website, great service. Would recommend it to others and would use it again.
