The final migration was good. When a part of the migration started but was not complete it should have been fully clear.
When I bought the service I thought I would have unlimited access to my memories. I thought the cloud version allowed you to add personal data. I was wrong. What you get should be much clearer than it was!

I had tried before, with a different company, to have my 8mm films converted, only to have paid $385 and when my films were returned they were cut and wound on completely different reels and the conversion was encripted so I was not able to access it. With this order with iMemories, the conversion was made, and access to the digitized results were exactly as promised. My only regret is that I did not find iMemories the first time so that my films would still be in tact and undefiled. A great big THANK YOU, to iMemories, and my family loved having the access to their memories of the past.
The process was simple and quick. Prices are comparable to other companies. I have four slides that are not a normal size and I was hoping they would be able to convert those to digital. They came back with parts of the photos cut out but I contacted them and we are in the process of getting those scanned correctly.
Memories are such a wonderful gift. My daughters enjoyed being able to go back and watch their old VHS tapes. I really enjoyed showing the tapes to my grandson, especially the first day we brought his Mom home from the hospital. Thank You iMemories!

We've had a great experience working with Imemories, Within 1-2 weeks after sending our photos and videos they were available to be viewed in a Digital format online, first the photos then the movies. While it was hard to let go of our vhs family cassettes, the process was easy to follow and the results both rewarding and worth the cost. In fact, for our15 tapes, I would say the value is well worth what turned out to be a reasonable cost. Every step in the process was easy and communication prompt. We experienced zero issues and couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend iMemories.
