Seeing videos of my boys from 20 years ago and family members that have gone on is truly priceless. I have No complaints about anything. The process was easy and quick and would recommend to everyone.
Sound on the vcr conversion to digital was terrible and when I play the VCR tape in a VCR player the sound is fine so it happened in the conversion. Pictures are not nearly as clear as I hoped they would be

IMemories specializes in creating a digital copy of old home movie films, videotapes, photos, slides, and negatives so they can be viewed again with today's technology. Photos are dry cleaned, scanned through dust filters and put trough a color correction process to ensure the colors look natural. The digital photo image is then uploaded to your iMemories account to decide how you want to save them. You can download the image files onto your personal device, purchase Photo Discs or a USB drive containing all of your photos. While we do not make prints or photo projects, you can easily use the digital files that were created to save however you'd like. I was very happy with the results of using this company. From sending my old VHS tapes in, to viewing them online, to burning them into DVDs for long term use, iMemories made every step so easy. After they were processed, my VHS tapes were mailed back to me and arrived quickly and with absolutely no damage. I would and already have recommended this company to anyone who is interested in digitalizing their old media.
From start to finish, the process was flawless. Customer service always available, they even took the time to train me how to edit the videos that were digitized into their cloud from all of my various source videos.
These are priceless! I'm so glad I turned in all my tapes. My mom recently passed away and to watch these old videos with her in them gave me comfort! To see my kids when they were younger is priceless! I will cherish these forever!
