I received this as a gift, I believe it's a bit overpriced. I was disappointed to see that the quality of older films was exactly the same after conversion. I thought that there was supposed to be some editing to make the picture quality better? Apparently not.

Completely satisfied with the entire process! From the sending of packaging to pack up and send my media, to the communication along the way, and to the speed at which the media was processed. I was fine with the 2-3 week timeframe, but I think once received I had my media available in the portal within days. Great job!

Service was fast, efficient as described in the advertisement. Family enjoyed viewing the digital vhs tapes.

My experience has been great! Customer service was wonderful the multiple times I called with questions both before and after I sent my media. Took only a couple weeks to receive all digital videos. Very easy to organize media on imemories website! Received my media back about a week after all downloads were complete! Great experience!

Very pleased with the end result. I was unsure how to edit, but called Customer Service, and was walked through the process while I was on-line. The CS rep was very patient and helpful.

I highly recommend imemories for anyone who wants to watch their old VHS tapes in digital format on any type of device I can go any where and watch or share my old home videos! Awesome service and it's very fast!
