I have been with you about 2+ years (lots of items to digitalize!). I love the price and quality of your transfers, to digital from 25 year-old videos to home movie reels from the 40s and 50s. Your speed is wonderful, considering the amount of product I have sent your way. It is like Christmas to get the email that says 'something has been uploaded', love it! Keep up the good work, iMemories is the best resource going!
I was so afraid of deterioration of all of my VHS tapes from when my kids were little! I now have them all on digital so that my family can watch them whenever they are feeling nostalgic!
I was skeptical about sending my twenty 8mm reels, and twenty 8mm cassettes to any company. I called four companies to get some kind of comfort that my tapes would be handled in a manner that would give me the confidence to do business with them. After I spoke to a customer service rep from imemories, I immediately knew they were the perfect option. As it turned out, I made the correct decision. There was constant contact with them at every step of the way. They could not have done a better job and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing this service.
Sent in a load of old VHS and mini VHS tapes. I had no way to play them so didn't really know what I was sending. It was SOOO much fun to watch the videos with our kids once they were uploaded. And all my tapes came back in perfect shape. Would definitely recommend!
What a great experience, being able to see movies that were filmed on VHS to DVD for the first time in 27 years. My Daughters wedding, seeing friends and family that are no longer with us was so sad but also such a joy,

I'm not sure if it was the age of our VHS tapes or not, but most of the digital copies aren't very clear.
