On the phone which was very reassuring
This was my second order with iMemories. I sent in over 800 slides from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. They were sitting in a box for year and almost impossible for family to view them. Now they are on my local computer, a thumb drive, on a google drive, and on the iMemories website -- all easily accessible for dozens of my family members to view and enjoy. Cost is high, even with deep discounts, but value to our family is off the charts!
I got what I needed off the tapes so the mission was accomplished.

The whole process was easy and fast. When it is time to share the video files with family, there needs to be an option to share the entire portfolio instead of each individual movie. Also provide better on line flow for family to set up accounts to purchase videos. Overall imemories was excellent and remarkably fast.
We are very pleased with our Imemories experience! I only wish we had done this sooner! This is an 'investment' that I will definitely recommend to my family and friends and it really was much more affordable than I thought it would be. These memories are priceless to me! From the box that was sent to the emails telling me that my vHS tapes had arrived to the emails about my actual order cost and the new digital images were ready. Everything went well, and my tapes were returned, I was satisfied. Jana

The shopping cart process and system to send photos to be digitized is not very clear.
I was pleased that my videos were converted to digital form, but never knew they were ready. Unlike with my first order I did not reveive an email letting me know they were ready.
