I didn't realize that the tapes would be converted to several files instead of just one per vcr but have figured out how to watch now that I've played with it for awhile.

Fast, easy, affordable, great outcome. I would highly recommend this company for digitizing your memories.

For paying so much we should get them in a way that we don't have to pay every month for storage.

I submitted a vcr tape of my Grandfather and his 3 siblings sitting down to tell memories of their father coming from Norway to the U.S. and all the stories of their upbringing. I was so glad to preserve that and am extremely happy with the ease, service and outcome. I would definitely use iMemories again.

I salvaged a VHS tape of my daughter's wedding so I could shared the updated with my children. The visual has a lot of static at the top, frequently obscuring faces. I was actually not totally satisfied with the rendition.

I was so happy to get my films reproduced digitally! I guess the only two things I wish was that 1.) it wasn't so expensive and 2.) I guess I expected them to adjust the lighting. The films came out pretty dark.
