My only complaint, suggestion is you should ask your customers what size shipping box they need. I had 34 old fashioned slides in a box 2" x 3" and received, paid for a huge box and shipping.

I needed my husband's & I wedding VHS tape converted to a digital format due to not having a VHS player anymore. I had asked a friend of mine if they knew of anyone/business that could do that. He recommended iMemories. They did a wonderful job, and I am very grateful to be able to watch our wedding again. The last time we actually got to watch it was back in 2003. We were married in 2002. I would highly recommend iMemories to anyone who is need of this type of conversion.

Great experience with iMemories. I did include two (2) 1TB flash drives I specifically asked to have the movies loaded onto which they did not. Was a bit frustrated about that bc I had to do that manually when I received my film back. I understand they wish to have us buy their flash drives, but not at that price. All in all, pleased with the results.

I submitted around 37 8mm tapes and they were all digitized wonderfully. I purchased a hard drive with all the videos on it as well as the yearly subscription so that I have hard copies and copies on the cloud. Overall a wonderful experience!
