Had so much fun reliving the memories that were digitized from my VHS tapes. Now I need to get my photos done!

I had a problem with what I saved my photos to, and iMemories worked with me..

Great job on the slides, definitely would use again. I need to download my photos but haven't done it yet. I may contact the company to have them converted to DVD. Thanks for making my memories last.

I received all 15 of my digital on line videos. I Called because a few of them were not great. I spoke to a very nice person at your company and they are now working on the ones that were not good. I am waiting to get the fixed digital videos. Hopefully they will fix them and get them back to me.

After giving my older son all the VHS tapes that I had taken of our family throughout our lives, he mentioned that they were getting old and playing them could destroy them. So I searched locally for a vender to digitalize them and couldn't find one for a reasonable price. So after finding iMemories and checking it out, I decided to let them do their magic. I'm glad I did. I am very happy with the entire experience.

Quite pricey. Was pleased to have my reels digitalized, but an upfront estimate before I sent all of them in at once, would have been nice.

I finally pulled the trigger on getting our wedding vhs tape switched over to a digital format and I couldn't be more pleased. The process was very simple and easy. And the overall time was quick! We received the original version back intact just as it was sent. I would highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the quality of the videos I received. The problems started when I tried to download onto my computer from the iMemories app. There were no directions on this process. It was very frustrating. I felt like I had been misled and that I was going to have to pay the monthly fee to stay on the app to be able to view my videos. It would have been helpful to have instructions on this step included.

Easy way to get old movies digitally converted. The whole process takes about a month but was definitely worth it. I had 20 old 8mm films converted and was able to easily share them with family.

Would use their service again! The digital videos produced were done well and labeled individually. I knew I was taking a risk in trusting
my entire home video to them but the quality was good and I received all my VHS/8 mm films back without any issue.

Very simple and easy process! I am so glad I decided to do this! Now we will always be able to enjoy our family memories!

The process is well organized and easy to execute. We received updates during the process and an update when our videos were ready to view. We love being able to share them with our kids and grandkids online and are so glad we did this. It's not cheap, but the value of protecting our memories is priceless. Our 16 mm films were deteriorating badly so we're very glad we didn't put it off even longer than we did. IMemories did a good job working with what they had and saving our films.

Experience was good and efficient with updates to keep us informed

Moving all of the VHS tapes and old camcorder tapes was so easy with iMemories. I just put them all in their provided bags and shipped to them via their provided box. After a few weeks, all items were available digitally where I was able to download them and share with my family. It was a very easy process and the quality looks great.
