The iMemories process is so simple and exciting, I'd recommend it as the best way to convert your tapes to digital. They send you a box full of packing materials to send your tapes in - I trusted then completely and my digitized videos were perfect.

I had videos of my children that I hadn't remembered taking. I am so happy, this was a great experience.

I sent some of my 8mm videotapes, primarily for a trial run. The results were very good and I plan, now to sort through all of my videos and send another group.

I thought that iMemories would improve the quality of my 8mm movies, they really didn't improve the quality. While it's nice to have them available on line for family, I wasn't impressed with the final product.

I chose imemories after looking into local options and finding good reviews and lower prices.

Sent 40 old vhs-c and mini dv tapes to be converted. Unfortunately they did not repair the two that were broken, surprisingly. However the ones they did convert were great. Some quality issues but overall a good experience for a good price with coupon. Everything was returned in excellent condition. Just wasn't happy they covered my labels with their own codes so now I can't view which tape is which.

IMemories did a good job on converting my VHS tapes to a digital format. I was able to successfully download the items and view them. They were also very responsive to my questions with a day's time. I would like to thank them for the work they were able to do with serviceable tapes. I would recommend their service.

Some of my videos had very bad quality. It may be that they were too old but why didn't someone tell me what the problem was?
