Great job- love it! Process was easy and inexpensive. Walked me through what to do. Timely.

The service did what was described. I wish the UI for downloading photos was a bit better. It's not obvious how you can download them all at once.
I was also looking to not receive the physical copies back, but that wasn't an option.
Once iMemories received the photos the scanning was fast and I had no problems.

Very well done and service appreciated. The turn around was very good.

Service performed timely and my refund was processed timely for some blank tapes and ones that contained copywrited material that didn't get processed when I called.

I have put off digitizing my childhood memories for fear of them getting lost or ruined; and the cost. I have been very happy with the care they have taken of my reels, and the quality of their final product. It has been worth the money ( investment), and I will continue to use this company in the future!

With recent hand surgery I cannot operate my computer. It will be another 6 weeks before my cast is removed so until then I have no idea what service will be rated

My experience with iMemories was a good one. I did have some trouble trying to e-mail them to a family member, as he was not able to open them and watch them so I had to download them onto my PC and he will have to watch them next time he comes to visit.

Easy process and turned out great. Will definitely use again and encourage friends to use.

We love seeing family movies from 30 years ago. It seems that two people transferred mine. The first person separated digital by event being filmed. The second batch was several events on one tape. Each tape digitized! I had trouble splitting the videos. I did not know how I found "split" for one tape. Never could find it again.

Imemories did a great job converting our tapes. Most of them turned out. The price was higher than I had hoped.

We are very happy that Y'all provided the service to us and we are enjoying our past memories

Thank you for the great job I just feel like we paid over a thousand dollars we should not have to pay for a year to store them it seems like you are nickle and diming - it is hard to manage and organize so many slides

It took longer than I expected to get the box to mail it in, which then made me have to rush my order, which then made the cost higher than expected.

Efficient service and helpful, friendly service staff. I've submitted over 100 family video tapes on three separate orders and all have gone perfectly. My final batch was just returned to my safely.
