I am very pleased with the conversion of my VHS files to digital. I was able after consulting with I Memories to download those files to my computer. I do wish I had asked for the large files to be separated, so that I could share them more easily with family; however we're working on it. I heartilhy recommend this company!

The whole experience was easy and pleasant. I ordered the kit, it came quickly and I sent out my VHS tapes. Within a few days, I was able to choose the services I wanted, pay, and a few days later I had videos to download. Awesome seeing all those young faces again!

I love being able to view my old movies again and share with my family. We all get lots of laughs together and can see the family resemblance in the grandkids and their parents.

I am so glad our family photos/ videos are not in boxes in our basement. Best decision to have them preserved and enjoyed when moving out of our home of 33 years! We all love seeing them as we go back in time!

Awesome Service. They were able to salvage quite a bit of the 45 year old 8mm we sent in. Great to see childhood memories!

Very long turnaround time. Charge for everything. All this fees for every step. Spend $100's dollars and still don't have my recording on hand. They charging to keep videos on line, they charge to download to usb or disk they charge for box and expensive shipping fees and turnaround that takes 4 weeks again? Not a happy customer! Stay on hold for 15 minutes now waiting for call back.

All of our videos looked awesome. Some of these were 8mm films from the 40's thru the 60's and they look great. Some of these films we had never seen before. Our VHS other video tape formats look good too. Every file was carefully labeled which was very helpful. We are pleased with the results.

Very easy…ordered box…received box and put whole albums in with some stragglers and all were processed beautifully…was so excited to see all the pictures again and be able to share digitally. Communication was great. Preferences carried out! Can't wait to send more! Recommend! A+
