Sent in a few videos that my daughter wanted converted. I didn't know what to expect but I did it anyways. Some of the videos were shortened, not sure why, maybe quality? I don't know. Regardless it is a nice sentiment to have these videos accessible.

I am happy with my decision to convert. My slide projector was on its last legs and took up a lot of room along with the screen. I do not even own a VCR machine anymore. It is an expensive process, but I waited until the Summer half price sale. I can print from the DVD if a relative wants a certain picture. I know DVDs are going out of date but my Lenovo still has a player. I can always buy a USB DVD player just like the USB drive I bought for my floppy disks. DVDs last longer than floppy disks. I discarded lots of slides that were of mountains, lakes, canyons and other land forms. You can find better professional pictures of them online. I mainly kept pictures of people.

I was so excited that our old 35 mm films from the 1950's were recovered. You did a great job!

My familt and I are thoroughly enjoying looking back on the captured moments of our past. We cherish the fact that we have them and now can view them online.

I was happy to get my memories in a form that we could view. I was nervous about sending off my video tapes, but it was a good experience overall.

I'm still not finished with my project. The help I received was with the editing process. I will be calling in the next week or so for more help with my editing. They were very helpful.

Well had to figure out how to get into the app. Phone was to new so had to download through the web site to download. Then was able to view videos and see them. Little bet tricky to figure out but overall

I thought I had lost my VHS tapes in Hurricane Katrina, where we lost our home down to a slab. Only recently did I discover that my adult son had borrowed them shortly before the storm! What a gift from God! I yearned to see them, but - no VHS player. I looked at reviews and decided to convert to DVD's, but my children recommended digitization instead, so that they could download as well. We are thrilled with the quality! Your phone staff was so patient with me as I asked questions, and your messages along kept me well informed of progress. I recently sent three more VHS tapes and 800 (approx?) of 8mm film that were salvaged from my parent's home. Hopefully they are being processed as we speak. Again,

I was concerned with losing the only video cassette I had of our wedding ceremony. IMemories provided excellent care and communication every step of the way. Everything went smoothly! When I had a question, I was able to ask a question to an actual person which was very reassuring.

Only one of four videos were converted & the turnaround time was ridiculously slow. I then took them to a local company and the job was completed in two days.

30th wedding anniversary gift... Conversion of VHS wedding video to digital. So grateful to share the day together again. Project was completed quicker than expected.

I am able to see/watch the videos on the iMemories website and have downloaded them. However there is no sound.

Love that I am able to share with family and friends. The app is great too.
