It was great to have all of our tapes digitized and they did a great job

I have used i memories 3X. Excellent help from their office and I have received my
Originals in tack. Now I have 4 small USB that contain my videos of weddings and snapshots that go back 70 years. They can be stored in a small space and I will have them forever. Well done, i memories!

In order to share the videos with others, I would have to subscribe to the cloud version and pay more money. The whole point of digitizing the videos was to not only watch them myself but share them with others.

The service was excellent and the process was simple. It was so much fun going through old videos, including videos I had forgotten about. Sharing them with others was my favorite part of the whole experience. It was a joyful experience for all of us. Instead of leaving old memories sitting on a shelf in a closet, iMemories brought them alive again.

Imemories converted by tapes in a timely manner and did quality work.

We have loved watching old films and reliving the early days of our family. I wish we had done this sooner so that the quality of the finished products could perhaps have been less pixelated, but considering all things, we are just happy to have them watchable at all!

I love seeing my videos again! I wish the app worked better I can't get off the view section. Also have not received my videos back and no info about it.

I received the movies in a very timely fashion. I didn't understand that in order to keep them, I'd have to pay to put them on a flash drive of CD. And it takes up a lot of space to download each one. For the price, I assumed I'd get that, but you have to pay them in order to be able to view them in the future. I think you should be able to put them on your own flash drive. Other than that, they did a great job of converting 20 year old tapes.

IMemories did a fantastic job at making the experience of sending treasured old film footage stress-free. They were professional and efficient. The digitization turned out great. I will continue to use them to digitize more memories!

Easy to send in and watch love finally being able to watch the movies

They digital movies were of high quality compared to the analog conversion job done in the 1980s. Worth protecting and converting the family jewels. Only drawback is that it is a long drawn out process.

They also offer a free month of storage yet if you sign up for the year you lose the free month. Simply silly marketing ploy.

Was disappointed that I did not own the file to download after 300+ dollars to convert.

I have tried other services for converting our family tapes. Most sent them back saying they were unable to convert. I took a chance with iMemories and was shocked when within a week I had videos available. I can easily view them and share with my family. The videos are priceless moments of our family going back generations. My original tapes were returned to me the whole process was quick and easy.

It was an easy process and the products came fast, easy to manage downloads, the only thing I was confused about is the tapes were continuous but when received they were broken down into individual files. I'm guessing easier to manage and download. I also think 1 tape was duplicated 2xs, I received a duplicate title and duplicate files. Not sure which one was possibly missed. Thank you for the service and the memories.

Once the DVR's I sent were uploaded to their site, which was surprisingly quick from when they received, it was easy very easy to view and download the videos. I also ordered the USB thumb drive as an additional backup which I received quickly.

This process is convenient, professional and it is just great to be able to access the videos directly online. I definitely recommend this service.

I received 2-4 videos that were not mine. I was sent these digitally mistakenly.
