I ordered some negatives to be copied to a thumb drive but when I received the thumb drive, I viewed the pictures and they were all backwards. When looking at the pictures, what should have been on the left side of the photo was on the right. Because of this error, the pictures are almost unrecognizable. Also, the negatives were not cleaned before scanning them so there is a lot of debri in the pictures. These photos were taken in Hawaii in 1968 when I was in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. It has been a long time since I have seen these photos so, unfortunately, it was a disappointment.
I tell and show everyone about IMemories! I've used them twice and will be using them again!
It was the easiest process and quicker turnaround than they estimated. I will be sending more to them to convert! My kids are loving the videos and being able to view them on their own phone or TV.

When the Downloads are requested, we move the digital video file from our cloud service to your account. This can take a bit of time to process and complete. Once it is done you are able to click the orange Download button to save your memories to your device. All of your Albums were ready to be downloaded within a couple hours.
