I am very happy with the conversion of my son's wedding VHS into a DVD, and also being able to watch it on TV at any time on a large screen is the best.
The films i sent in were over 57 years old and i wasn't sure anything was worth salvaging. They were movies my husband made while he was in Vietnam in the army. I was very surprised anything was to be seen on the tapes. My husband died 4 years ago so some of the photos of him that were retrievable were such a blessing. Thank you.
I appreciate how quickly my videos were converted. It was easy to access them and download them. I have some more things that need to be digitized, so I will definitely be using iMemories again.

It was so easy. Once the packing materials arrived, it was quite simple! Within 2 weeks, I had my video tapes transferred to the online platform and had access to my precious memories! I don't know why I waited so long!
I didn't realize there would be a fee if we wanted to continue to view the videos on our tv in the app— I would think that would be included since the price was so steep at the beginning

Love this idea, I do wish it wasn't so expensive and that the prices were shown up front instead of finding out the price after the tapes are mailed in. I wouldn't have mailed in as many tapes as I did if I knew it would cost that much.
I had been trying to find ways to get my parents old camcorder to work or figure out a way to watch the tapes I had. My mom passed away in 2018 so I needed to see her. I came across imemories website and immediately ordered the kit to send the tapes in. The videos came out like I was watching them fresh from 2001. These tapes are 23 years old and I can watch them on my phone so clear! I'm very appreciative and glad I found you guys!
The ability of Imemories to bring back memories from old video and super 8 to digital is simply amazing

Everything went exactly as planned. Customer service was great, and I'm happy with the finished product.
One of the albums was being "reviewed" for several weeks. There was no audio on the video. They did finally fix it, I did not notice any enhancements to any of the videos. I thought that was why iMemories was more expensive than their competitors. Overall, I am still satisfied with the product! I requested they extend the streaming period from the time the review process was complete. They said they would.
The videos recaptured and available in the cloud…what more could one ask for? The customer service was flawless!

You can also purchase customized DVDs/USB drives(s) and/or download and save to your own computers and devices which is no charge.
