I should have done this sooner. Some of my DVD's had started to corrode already. I love sharing memories from my past.

I am pleased with having multiple notebooks full of slides available in digital format now. IMemories makes it easy to access and use digital images of slides for my mother's tribute presentation for her memorial service, for example. The process went very smoothly and our slides are now available to enjoy and share with our family. My only disappointment was that some of the pictures were upside down and I wish they had taken a minute to have them all right side up.

I couldn't be more excited to watch all my childhood videos again after not seeing them for 20 years. It's tearjerking and all so wonderful. The team digitalized my videos pretty quickly I only had to wait one week or so and I had 15 video tapes. I am so grateful I get to see all my past memories and those that I love that are no longer with us! Thank you so much iMemories!

I believe iMemories provides a very valuable service in the convertion of old files which most times are unable to be viewed in a manner that is often unavailable these days. Everyone I've dealt with from iMemories has been pleasant to deal with and has explained clearly what is necessry to perform the various tasks I needed help on. I would highly recommend their services.

This is the second time I've used Imemories. The first was to transfer old video tape and video camera tape. This second time was to scan over 500 old pictures that I didn't have time to do myself. Everything turned out clearer than I expected. Thanks!

I am so happy that I made this investment for my family. It was so easy to pack things up, send it to iMemories and then start viewing our memories. I have shared the link with my siblings, children, nieces and nephews. They are able to share their memories with their spouses and children! All digitizing was good except for one video. I was able to download the videos except for the large ones. I contacted customer service and they explained how to download large videos, which worked. However, one video was corrupted and I am waiting for that to be resolved.

This made my siblings so happy to see. Sometimes you forget what your parents give you or did for you; these videos brought back some great memories and provided some comfort to my siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins of times when we were all young and happy!

I was reluctant to send my treasured VHS tapes for fear of never seeing them again. I'm glad I took the chance. I have sent two sets of tapes and each was received, acknowledged, processed, and returned in a very timely manner with frequent updates and great quality. Can't wait to afford another set. Yay for iMemories!
