Everything was wonderful. I am currently waiting for my order to be reviewed and finished. There was an 1 hour and 29 minutes that wasn't converted over and they are checking into it to see why. I also am waiting for my videos to be returned which I am sure they will be once they have the other mattered cleared up. I was happy with my overall experience with iMemories.

My first purchase was fine. There were misspelled names, Sheila was spelled Sheela. Olen was spelled as Ilen. I could live with that because all of my original VHS tapes were returned and I truly appreciated that. 24 tapes were put together on 19 CDs.
My second purchase was entirely different. I sent in 5 VHS tapes. I was told that 2 of the tapes were movies. The other 3 tapes were supposedly combined on 2 CDs.
Well, to my surprise, I was viewing information that was recorded on my previous order as well as the combination of the 3 VHF tapes submitted. Recording previous tapes to complete a CD was a real problem for me.
They were very quick and the quality is great! I like the way the videos are split into smaller sections.
Thankful we have our videos of our kiddos when they were young. Haven't been able to view them for 15 plus years and my kiddos are grown young adults. We laughed for hours watching our funny and sometimes crazy family moments. Loved sharing them with the grandparents too.
