The Admin is rude and unprofessional and refused to do a prorated refund when I discovered that this was more of a place for people to video chat in a manner that I am not comfortable with since only interested in friendship. Very disappointed.

Madam, you profile has been deleted as you decided to remove any and all information. Should you wish to rejoin with a picture and a profile, we will be more than happy to adjust your membership to that new profile. We do not refund peoples money because it's not what they expected. Where else can you do this? We will not be communicating further on this matter.

Please cancel my membership. I cannot find how to do it on the site. I paid $50.00 for 6 months and this site is not what I expected I would like a full refund or a prorated refund. This site and the woman behind it Rochelle is a disgrace and the most unprofessional person running a so-called internet dating service I have ever come across! Firstly the site is quite obviously FULL OF FAKE MALE PROFILES of which there are very few male members anyway! I believe some of the female profiles are probably also fake! The saddest part is I emailed this Rochelle who seems to run this site on her own and told her I thought a lot of profiles were fake as none of my sent messages were even being opened after supposed male members initially contacted me so I was replying to them and she was not only rude and insulting in her replies but her attitude was SO defensive it was obviously an indication of guilt and shame on her part as the so-called CEO of a site FULL OF FAKE PROFILES! It doesn't surprise me to read in all the other reviews here as to the fact she is fraudulently collecting money from ex member's Paypal accounts so whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS DATING SITE! This woman Rochelle who runs the site even resorts to replying to messages you may question that are unopened in your sent messages to give the impression a male member is replying at last when it was obvious from the 2 replies I received that it was HER sending the messages pretending to be the male members, how sad for her she obviously has nothing better to do with her time than sit behind this SHAM OF A DATING SITE sending out messages herself to genuine female members pretending she's one of the many male members she must have put up profile for herself in the first place as they are clearly mostly all FAKE MEMBERS!

I still have all my emails dealing with ILoveYourAccent, so I welcome any representative from this dating site to challenge my claims below.

1) I had an issue with not being able to upload an audio file to my profile -- it failed to work on both the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. Customer service answered my report of this by asking my username. I gave it to them, and that was the last I ever heard on the matter. Never resolved, no sign of there being any effort to resolve it.

BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY...

2) Because the site sucked (too small a number of people to choose from, a very amateurish designed site, and because I had a bad taste in my mouth from the lack of support in item #1), I decided to end my monthly subscription. However, I could not find any link on the website that clearly led to a subscription cancellation. So, again, I wrote to customer service, this time asking what I needed to do to cancel my subscription and not be charged for the upcoming month. NO ANSWER. Needless to say, when the next month rolled around, I was automatically charged for another month. I informed PayPal of this deceit, and they said they wouldn't intervene because the theft from my account had already happened -- it wasn't something they could stop. Finally, after I changed the text in my dating site profile from personal details to telling other people about what ILoveYourAccent did to me, I suddenly got a response from them (what a surprise)! They cancelled my subscription then, but they also said they sent me an email earlier telling me how to cancel it on my own. I responded that I checked my spam folder and never received anything, and I asked them to resend the email they supposedly sent weeks ago. NO ANSWER. Why no answer? Because they clearly lied about ever sending anything.

I paid them their $20 for a month's membership. It automatically set me up in a Recurring Payment Plan on Paypal. I cancelled the recurring payment immediately, upon which they did not allow me the "premium membership" access that the $20 is supposed to grant. I felt this was a scam and went back on paypal and cancelled the entire transaction. Here is our conversation. Note their amateurish and unprofessional attitudes.

I supposedly paid for a month's membership with use of premium features. There are denying me premium features. I did cancel the recurring payment that is automatically signs u up for, but this should not cancel my use of 30 days of the premium features that i paid for.

I want to cancel this bull$#*! pronto.

There is nothing with your account, it clearly shows you as a premium member. You can access all features within the site.

I have sent Paypal screenshots of your working profile and the date showing your premium membership ending on August 13, what is your problem?

I just tried to log in and I cannot. How is that a membership? You must have cancelled me now. If I had a premium membership, how come when I went to the voice section, it told me to pay? How come it told me I cannot receive messages until I pay?

In your previous post, you mentioned that you showed Paypal a screenshot of "my working profile". I was disputing that as you just confirmed, it is not a "working profile".

I will mention what ever I deem appropriate. You are still lacking in professionalism.
