I have used several products before and enjoy them. I wanted to try the new (new to me) Brow Mascara but was at a loss as to what colour I needed. Unfortunately all 'real life' brows in the photos appeared dark! Hopefully I picked the right one!
The products are a five star. The only thing that is the downfall which I gave three stars for is the return policy or the cancellation of an order. You have to receive your order before you can return it. I think you should be able to cancel an order right after you purchased it if you'd like.

But once I clicked on that button and went into the shopping, that was no longer an option. I tried twice and was never given the option to buy one get one free. This was very disappointing. Makes me not trust this company. Specials are just enticements to get you to buy but are not actually available in reality?

I discontinued my service before, and I am doing it again because as I reactivate my replenishment, I am charged, and the site is set up where it does not indicate you are charged. So I then put my make up choice for the replenishment... they charged me again. Then, trying to navigate the site, somehow I was charged for an add on... None of this would be as disturbing until I immediately sent a message to cancel my current orders advising what happened and they had the nerve to say when an order is made it immediately goes to the warehouse and the order can't be canceled... So why do they have an option to cancel your current order that you just made literally... I canceled my service again because they are just money grabbers... the product in my opinion was worth the try, but I hate there policies as they are not customer friendly. And I believe they have their site set-up to ensnare people like this... I don't trust them at all! Beware!
I am very pleased with the results obtained with IL Makiage Foundation. It provides full coverage all day and I no longer need to touch up my makeup throughout the day. Additionally my face doesn't feel oily and looks very natural. I have to admit this has become my favorite foundation!

I love the autoship option but it makes it difficult to change shades in products like lip color. I ended up having to cancel the entire thing and start fresh. I love the products but the website doesn't flow well.
I wanted to order a new product and include that product along with my current authorized-shipment to avoid sending two separate packages and paying two shipping fees. I was unable to do so. Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
