I've been thinking about trying out the ILMAKIAGE quiz for a while and today I finally did! I had no idea how precise it would be and I'm super happy I finally decided to give it a try. I am super excited to try the foundation and the foundation brush.
Have had good experiences in the past. Underwhelmed with customer service this time. I placed an order for make up, brush, primer and exfoliator. I was prompted that the brush would be free plus a percent off if I signed up for a subscription. So I did. I received two brushes ( was charged for one) and was missing the exfoliator. Used the contact request. Received a response that my concern would be addressed in 24 hours. No reply. Reached out again no reply and again via Facebook no reply. No number of anyone to call. Disappointing.
Website is easy to navigate, customer service is impeccable, and I can't say enough about the products! I've purchased concealer, foundation, serum & moisturizing cream. The try before you buy is truly a game changer. I've got very sensitive skin but had no issues with any of your products.
I'm definitely looking at other items. The subscription set up is so easy and you can change delivery times very easily if needed.

It's such a shameless. I ordered for free trial it showed shipping cost 8$. Later they took 132$. I was trying to cancel immediately but they didn't. They tell they are not doing fraud. But I realized after reading the comments. First I should have seen the reviews of your company. And I am unable to cancel my card. I don't any products just cancel them and refund my money.

I placed an order for foundation and was immediately taken through 3-4 requests to automatically add-on products to my order. I was ordering on my phone and accidentally clicked the "add to my order" button instead of the skip button on the final add on request. It didn't ask me for any additional confirmation and immediately added $40 to my order. I immediately sent an email to customer service to request the order to be cancelled, but in their FAQs it notes that it's uncommon that they're able to cancel orders before they're processed to ship. While I know that I can return the serum I didn't want once it arrives, it's definitely inconvenient and a little bit shady to allow 1-click add ons without another payment confirmation step. Excited to try the foundation but disappointed in the ordering process.
I was charged and can see the order but after a week it still has not shipped and there is no one to talk to. I have emailed through the contact us on the website, and after 2 days have still not heard back.
It match my skin tone. But Somehow, it was dry on my skin. And I had to use a different concealer for my under eye so Your concealer did not go well with this coverage. Unfortunately, I have to return the product back. Because it is on my skin thank you for the opportunity to try it.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
