Not happy with the foundation...don't sign up for auto delivery, if you do, you can't change your foundation type, only the shade. I have tried to change the color, hopefully it is being processed. Customer service is wonderful
My shade didn't match and was just a bit off but I was able to exchange. I don't know how to rate the foundation yet but the self tanner I also got is great! Doesn't feel sticky and isn't orange at all. Great customer service. Jordan was very helpful in processing my exchange!

I've ordered before so use this make up and did another order after 3 weeks thought I haven't even had a dispatch notice so emailed asking where my order was. They then take 3 days to answer (even tho website says 24 hrs) and said it's now out of stock and they can't sent it. Was a generic email, if I hadn't of emailed them they would have just left it. Really bad customer service and just offered me a different shade….we all know what shade of make up we use and can't just have the next paler shade down. I've said I want a refund and still no email to even say if they will refund……awful experience and they still have my money! My advice do not buy….this has put me off buying again and will have to find a new makeup supplier. If I could rate them 0 stars I would!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
