I'm super dubious when it comes to purchasing online, especially makeup. The quiz seemed too basic to really get it right - but I have to say I'm seriously impressed. I don't think I could have matched a foundation as well as this. The feel is amazing. I opted for medium coverage and am happy with the coverage although I could use a little more. I also NEVER do reviews, but being so impressed I have this time!
I am still waiting for a confirmation that parcel has shipped, after 5 days still no notice. When I ordered it says I will receive product in 3 to 10 days.

I just wanted to order some foundation and I couldn't go into your menu after registering and just go to like a catalog to where I could order that item as a matter of fact I was on it for so long I don't even remember how I ended up ordering it but I finally got through and ordered it I think your website just needs a little bit of a reconstruction maybe.

The shade I received my first order was a little bit too yellow for my skin tone. After some very timely back and forth correspondence, they corrected this for me. And not just one messages back and forth, they all really cared about what shade is going to be best for me. They asked many questions so that I could get the perfect shade. I think their customer service is stellar.
