I've tried different browers as well as my cell phone and am not able to log in.
I was charged for product and received a damaged box with no foundation in it. Customer service does not answer emails and there is no option to chat or a phone number to talk with a representative. This is suppose to be a high end foundation and I was excited to try and have an exact match. This instead has turned into a disaster and has put such a bad taste in my mouth. I now wonder how many of the reviews are true reviews.

I took the quiz to find my correct color. When it wasn't right, IL M told me to just keep the bottle and had me take a supplemental quiz...that consisted on one question. As a result, the next bottle I received was WAY off. I returned that and sent a request to customer service to restart the subscription with an entirely new quiz. After that, I just received a canned email saying I was disenrolled and thanks for playing. I like that foundation overall, but if you get the wrong color, they are only so willing to help fix it. I am continuing to use the free bottle until one that really matches my skintone arrives. Going to a store to get matched in person, or receiving some samples to try would be a much better system.

Really annoying to feel like you're almost tricked into a subscription and that it's so many extra questions to cancel it, where the cancel-option is at the bottom in a smaller script. Same goes for all the attempts to get me to buy more at check out. Might be a thing that's got to do with what you're used to because I don't think the way the subscription is sold and managed would be legal in Sweden.
I returned my first match because it wasn't the right shade, then the second try didn't match either so I sent it back and instead of trying to match my shade with a new color they emailed me saying "oh sorry we have canceled ur order, thank u for the return" I'm so confused! And irritated!

I first learned of Il Makiage on Instagram and was impressed watching a video of a woman applying the "Woke Up Like This" foundation. Her face looked so flawless after she applied it. So I checked it out and took the quiz that helps to match the foundation color to my skin tone. Knowing I could return the product after trying it out for 14 days...and wouldn't be charged until then, I went ahead with an order but had major doubts that the color would be right. I also took the quiz for my eyebrows, and ordered the High Brow Duo set as well. My products arrived two days ago and I am blown away by how perfect the colors work for me, both the foundation and the eye brow set. The brow pen goes on so smooth and easy and the gel brush sets it in place. I love it. I also love the foundation brush that came free. It really blends in the foundation and I don't know when my face has looked better in makeup. It covered up my red spots and other imperfections easily, without being heavy. It almost looks like a porcelain finish. Amazing. The only issue I have is that the foundation leaks a bit after every squirt. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw but perhaps I may have received a bottle that normally would not leak. I hope customer service will help me with this issue.
I never received my package. I emailed them immediately, told them that I wanted to cancel because I never received anything. I opened a claim with USPS and provided them with the claim number.
They charged me and then pretend like they can't read my messages and try to send me more product that I do not want. I will stick with MAC, this has been a pretty annoying experience overall.
I don't wear foundation every day for two reasons; doesn't look natural and it feels awful. I took the quiz to find my color and figured "why not" because of the 14 day guarantee. WOW, I mean WOW. The color match is perfect to my skin tone and the coverage is exceptional! And you know what? It's so creamy and light it doesn't feel like I'm wearing foundation. I've been wearing regularly which is a big deal for me!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
