I was not able to request the color of choice when emailing customer service for an exchange. A new color was automatically selected for me which was also not a good match. Returned the product but was not given a refund.

I enjoyed the quiz for my makeup but then I had to keep answering questions about other products I want interested in and who knows if I'll remember that I even have a $20 gift card when I place my next order. Too much Too soon. Kinda a turn off. If makeup is wonderful then I'll be back and hopefully you guys will have calmed down some.
That make it harder than it should be to navigate. The dropdowns don't reliably "lock" so that you can select one of the options. Navigating from the subscription to the rest of the site is not seamless. Also, regardless of how quickly I try to click the "log in by password" option, it automatically sends an emailed link to my email account. Annoying!

After I had a positive return request process, I decided to use one of the discount codes you sent. I selected a brow mascara and was looking at the baked eye shadows, I was disappointed to see that most of the baked eyeshadow colors were not available but...then I found the refills. Then to my disappointment when looking at the refills I could not order a case to put the refill in. I had to settle on a different item.
So kind and helpful, my shade was off and they sent me another one at no charge.

They responded 10 minutes later to state that they are unable to cancel my order because the information has been sent to the warehouse already? How can an item be irreversibly processed in under 10 minutes?
Was I skeptical? Yes. Am I still in shock? Yes! The no filter primer is great. The foundation color was spot on. I look at the number of bottles purchased at local stores trying to find the right shade and they nail it with a few questions. (Still mind blown!) Very happy with both products. I recently ordered a mascara. Can't wait to try!

Had an email stating I would only have to pay shipping and then after 14 days if I like and kept the product I would be charged the full amount that is not what happened when I ordered I was charged the full amount and who knows if I will like it or not

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
