Worst website experience ever. Get a decent web designer! The pages slide in and out, making. Simple order is all cluttered up with trying to get me to sign up and "subscribe" I have to do everything three times before it will work. What year is this? Get a customer-friendly web designer that understands that time is our most valuable commodity these days. Jeez. What really hurts here is that I LOVE THE PRODUCTS. They are the best absolutely so i gut it out every damn time to purchase what I need. The web interface is a little skanky too. Beware of all your purchases. I've ended up with stuff i never planned to buy but being misled over here and there.

The foundation I got matched with was a great color match but just too heavy for me. Although my return period had expired, and I had already been charged, they sent me a replacement foundation at no extra charge! They got back to me promptly and were very helpful. Best costumer service I have experienced in a long time! This is a great company!

Other than the delay in shipping it was a wonderful experience. The color is slightly too dark but then I feel it is summertime and I'll be getting a tan hopefully so I'm not complaining. Very impressed with the coverage and the ease of putting it on and blending. The concealer is a must and since I've only used it just this one time I'll have to wait to give a more detailed review. The company was very nice and sent a 15% off certificate for the delay in shipping. I also received a free gift which was waterproof liquid liner. Sad to say my eyes are too old for liner now but it was a nice thought, mascara would've been nice, lol.
When I finally received the box with my items my mascara was missing. I email the company back and never received a response. I ended up using a coupon (that was sent after I placed my order) and reordered my mascara hopefully it will come this time.
The only thing that I did not like is it would not let me do the trial period. I almost did not buy it for that reason.
I recently purchased my foundation and concealer and i could not be happier. It feels and looks great, so i just purchased a darker color for the summer. I highly reccomend these products.
Every item I have ordered from this place is absolutely spectacular. Foundation I have always had a hard time finding my skin color because I'm so fair skinned. I took a quiz on here received the foundation as a try before I buy and was absolutely amazed that it 100% matched my skin tone. So I bought other products mascara primer everything I get from this place far exceeds my expectations. Absolutely love it highly recommend.
Love this company I literally had a 15 dollar off code and didn't use it yet ilmakiage didn't give an expiration date,they kept reminding me to use. What company does that.
