I can't wait for it to arrive to see if the colour match was correct. I like the fact this can be returned and swapped for the correct shade. One thing I'd recommend they do is maybe do small tester pots as spending £40 on foundation for it to be the wrong shade and then have the faff of returning it over and over seems too much of a pain. This way people can order the testers and then order the full bottles.I was reluctant to buy for this reason then thought I can swap if needed
I purchased my first bottle and I hope it works out. I wanted I woke up this way, but the website recommended after party. I am worried it will be to cakey.
I just want to say I do not wear makeup even though I need it but the foundation and concealer is amazing so natural,the colour is perfect I'm thrilled with it,thank you so much
I may have overestimated my color shade to be a little darker than it really is. The color is a shade or two darker than my actual skin, however it is lovely to put on my skin and I can use it when I've applied some tan, but not everyday use. The quality of the foundation is perfect. I will definitely order it in a lighter shade at a later date, simply because it is quite expensive.
I'm looking forward to receiving my first order. The reviews look really good & after trying numerous other foundations over the years I hope that this foundation works for me.

I've seen a lot of ads for your product but the thing that got me to order was a friend had actually tried it an said it was amazing
My issue is I would have liked to browse during the initial order stage to take my purchase up to $75 to avoid the delivery fee. It couldn't find out how. So have been charged it
I then got offered the thing I was looking for (mascara) and so I added it to my box. Yes it didn't get charged shipping but I'm assuming my original order still will be even though I have now exceeded the $75 spend.
I know it's only $9 but just wanted to provide the feedback

I have developed melasma & it has affected my self esteem significantly as well as changed my skin care & beauty regimen drastically, adding time & research. To put it plainly, i don't like it. Discovering IL Makiage has lessened the guess work & the buying & waisting tons of money on products & heavy makeup that don't work. It made me want to put on makeup again because I'm only using one easy product & not spending an hour applying 3 to 4 different products on my face in order to cover up the imperfections. I felt like a car being prepped for a paint job! I would avoid socializing & would cancel plans & even got food & groceries delivered in order to avoid having to go out in public. But with IL Makiage I'm using ONE THING! And that one thing is the "I woke up like this" foundation. It takes me 10 minutes to do my makeup & I look flawless effortlessly! Just the way I like it. I feel pretty again
My only concern is how clear you need to be with new customers and how you advertise buying for the first time by "only " paying for shipping while you try product!

I have ordered your foundation and concealer, both the color shade did quite match well. It is hard to match the shade by answering the Questionnaires.
Your product looks good but it is very difficult to find a color shade that will match closely.
I ordered your new product:AFTER PARTY NEXT GEN FULL COVERAGE FOUNDATION #40, the shade is too light/white, like a white paint. Also, it arrived March 2nd with a defect cap, it does not function well. Please find the attached photos.

I've tried for three days to get on this website it just will not load. I've tried to sign into my account, but it makes you receive a message to your email, which then again will not load. I have emailed multiple requests for help to their customer service line and nothing happens.

I've been using Il Makiage for 4 years now and don't ever see me going back! My skin always looks smooth, hydrated, and never looks caked or streaky. I've also used two different mascaras and two different eye liners from them and they were amazing! Can't brag about my results enough. 10/10!
I don't like how every time I go to log in to your website, It has to send me a email to get linked. If I have a password and login already, I shouldn't have to go into my email to get logged in when Im a returning customer.
