Promo codes are not clearly reflected at checkout, making it impossible to confirm you have entered one at all or were possibly forced into one by one of the 100s of promo links on the site itself. The "review cart" does not clearly lay out the full scope of the order with promos. Customer service is quick to respond but is unable to cancel orders or change promo codes even if the communication is within 5 minutes of placing the order. They did offer a $40 gift card to use on a future purchase to try and rectify this policy, however, it comes with numerous restrictions on products outside of the trial options.
I love the No Filter primer. So easy to use and feels and looks great. I am an older woman and this is one of the few makeup products that I really like.
I tried to order a one time shipment 5 times. Big time waster! The only option was auto delivery choices. I decided it was just another site out of China. I decided to Google the CEO/ owner of the company and found the company roots. That was the impetus to try ordering again and the one time delivery WAS available. Awaiting my order now.
I did the quiz twice. The first shade picked for me was #120 and I did place the order. The second time, a photo was taken and they chose shade#75. So now I will have to wait. It's difficult to choose a shade, even with someone else helping choose the pictures. When both shades arrive, we shall see!

I tried the after party "full coverage" foundation and I'm disappointed. It seems the company doesn't know the meaning of full coverage. It's thin and I had to layer and layer. I thought perhaps the power camo would help out where the foundation lacks and together I'd achieve the promises each product made. I was wrong to trust the hype. Not buying this crap again.
