I ordered my foundation and the color was totally off. They agreed to take it back with NO issues. Instead of a refund, I asked them to send me a different shade (hopefully they will get it right). I'm still waiting for the new bottle to arrive but not anticipating any issues. They also gave me a $20 gift card for my troubles and I've already purchased that amazing foundation brush with it. I can't wait to try the new color!

I have to say I was amazed at how well it matched and works. My mature skin never looked better! It feels like I am not wearing any foundation at all. Blends perfectly and for 62 I look much younger thanks to you!

Would love to give 5 stars as I loved the concealer and it was the perfect match. However the wand broke making it difficult to apply.

I had to get a replacement foundation because the one I was matched with was way too yellow and dark for my skin. It was not a problem and I got super quick response from customer service and they were super friendly and helpful! They matched closer by asking me a few questions through email. Superb service!

I'm excited to try this foundation! It seemed easy to match with a color by answering a few questions. I haven't received it yet but we will see?!

I was excited to try the lipstick after a positive experience with the concealer. Unfortunately, it broke in half after just a couple of uses, bleeds, and is slightly drying to my lips.

I don't really appreciate being automatically registered for auto replenishment, I feel that's an assumption that I will like the product and continue, I would like to order at my leisure

I really liked it a lot. It was my first time buying from this brand and everything went smoothly/ easy to work through. Can't wait for my product to arrive!

Hi unfortunately not happy with my foundation. It changes colour after a few minutes to a yellow brown and does not look quite Matt. Thanks for the experience of trying it but would like a refund please.

After seeing adds for your product, I was skeptical so I decided to try it the base, primer and concealer for two weeks... by the end of day two I was hooked. My skin looked sliky and my makeup was still in place. I just placed an order for serum and moisturizer. I can't wait to get them. I'm 58 and fighting to maintain my skin with as few wrinkles as possible. Love your products.

A little disappointed in the way your site works. I was unable to use the $20 off coupon or others you keep emailing me because there's not a spot to use them on the site that I can find. I was also supposed to get my auto replenish order for five dollars off and I was charged full price. I really like the foundation and was looking forward to trying more products but without the discounts they are pricey.
