The shade (Shade #105) I received after paying $54 dollars for the foundation is too dark for my skin color. I can't use the product!
I see these ads everyday for this makeup, they don't charge you for 14 days, try it before you buy it! Nope, they took the money out of my account before I even got the makeup, and I do not like the makeup. It does not cover as well as they show you, or tell you it will. The pore eraser did nothing, my pores look the same and all the makeup settles right into my lines, wrinkles and pores. Would not recommend to anyone unless your skin is already flawless.
I was really worried that the color would not be right on the first try but I was pleasantly surprised that it was the perfect color. I am pleased with the amount of coverage it gives without feeling heavy.
Just a little over 24 hours ago I received my first order. I was very excited and anxious to open everything. One of the products I ordered was the Lip Service High Shine Lip Glaze. Upon opening the product the applicator tip came off the wand in the tube. I immediately reached out to customer service via email and in less than 24 hours they responded, were generally concerned about the rare mishap. They made this right. They offered to send at no cost a free replacement and also gave me a $20 egift card to genuinely ensure that I was happy. And I must tell you I am one happy customer now! I ordered on Sunday, charge went through that day, package alleged to have shipped but tracking says it hasn't yet. I am not the only one that doesn't want to have to order a month in advance so I don't run out of foundation. Almost never wear it now unless absolutely necessary because getting a refill takes 2 weeks to arrive and I live 48 hours by car from New York where it says it's shipping from?

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
