After filling out the quiz I had a question and although the response came quickly it did not answer my question and every time we went back and forth a different person responded with information that didn't match my request, addressed me as a different name, wrong color matches etc. each attempt to clear it up was met with more errors and finally I repeated the quiz at their request and was again confused with a different name and number. If I receive the correct color match it will be a miracle.
I really like the fast and kind customer service, however I didn't really like the woke up like this foundation it wasn't really any better than any other foundation I've used. But I will try the after party to see if there's any difference.
I ordered Power Polish Anti-aging Skin-Renewing Exfoliating Treatment, to try and decide whether to keep or return. I loved it so much and signed up the the plan to receive a new product every few months. Its worth its cost. The customer service is so quick and nice. I got the answer to my questions within few hours. I recommend it all. I just wish it was a bit in my budget range to try and keep/pay for more products. But still love it.

This is helpful as most colors do not look as advertised. I have not had any issue with the products but know if I do, I can return it and get something more suitable.

I wasn't sure about the color match accuracy for the foundation, but the hassle free return policy gave me comfort in my order. There was a slight delay in the delivery (after it left Il Makiage quickly), but I recieved an email alerting me to the delay & what would happen if it was delayed past a certain date. The delay was minimal. I wasn't sure if the color was correct, but once I applied it, I feel it was accurate. It is lightweight & gives me the consistent tone/look I wanted without making it look like I have makeup on. I am very happy with the company & product.
