They are really great about balancing the expensive prices with promos and free gifts. I like the brushes a lot but the foundation is not up to par (oily, unnatural looking, not correct shade despite quiz) and the tanning foam was long lasting but blotchy and transferred. Good customer service and shipping.

I received the foundation a few weeks ago. I am choosing to keep my current foundation, however on my reload I will need a little darker not much but little. The credit for $20.00 off helped in trying another one of your products.
Recommend product and service is exceptional. When you order product, you are not charged unless you decide to keep. My first order didn't match my skin and they replaced at no cost to me. I didn't ask they do that. New one sent matched perfectly! Will continue to use. Make up provides great coverage.

Makeup is okay. Customer service is bad. I mistakenly hit "add to order" after completing my original purchase and it automatically goes through without any confirmation questions. Indon't want a $22 mascara. I immediately emailed customer service to cancel it. I was told it had already gone to the warehouse in the 30 seconds it took me to email them and couldn't be cancelled. I was told I could send it back for a refund. So instead of an easy fix I am going to add another thing to my to do list.
I do not want to pay for two foundations so am i suppose to return the first one and try the new one that is coming. I appreciate your customer service very helpful.
