I liked the fact I can try before I buy, but was really turned off you kept asking me to buy more 3 or 4 different times before I could get to the final order page. In my opinion a real turn off.
I will say that the color match process was perfect and the customer service is great. However, on their ads they show all kinds of flaws being coverable, from acne to age spots. I have a lot of red in my skin and two red spots on the tip of my nose and this foundation didn't cover them any better than my current foundation. I may try their primer for red skin to see if that helps.
This product is amazing. Didn't expect the awesome experience that I got. Matched my skin tone to the tee. Look forward to trying more products.
Do not like the product. Doesn't work and made no difference on wrinkles or the way my face looks. Just a waxy feeling on your face. Wish I saved my money but fell for the hype.

Constant advertising in the middle of ordering trying to add another product. Then they sent to my email a link. Click a link find a cream I want. It doesn't work I finally find it again throughout all the advertisments and promos they are annoying and didn't work when I tried 3 times tried pay for my facial cream Then I was being charged for 5 of them and I couldn't alter the amount. I can't even order what I want. And I just want 1. If I would like more I will order more. I can't even purchase the darn cream this website is chaotic impossible. Nothing works I click links they don't work and the promo stuff seems fake cause it isn't working for me. Most difficult sitte ever. I have only been able to order one product and that took forever I wasn't able to add my cream with it. They made it impossible more promo after promo. I wanted to order them together. That was not even possible the site was to worried about throwing promos in my face that are overwhelming and I still can't order what I want. Now I'm still STiLL trying to order a cream powerlift

I have bought many lipsticks from different brands but I love il makiage's lipsticks. I have their dirty tall lipstick and 2 lip service lip gloss that go on glossy and then finish matte. All the colors are beautiful and last. I just bought the rave lip crayon can't wait to receive it!
This company has been super amazing with staying on top of everything! They have helped me numerous times when either I've been charged when I should not have been, when I don't receive an expected package, they always send another one. The biggest factor in my rating and experience is that they respond within minutes instead of days.
