I have been using your foundation for years now and needed to get a new bottle. I opted to try the concealer and your new skin product for wrinkles. My order was $69 then I look at my account and I was charged $124. I cont at them and they say they cannot cancel it I wil have to received it. Then they send me a email saying $74 was refunded my order was $124 I am not getting proper responses just generic messages. So am I getting the item or not am I being refunded properly or not. Well, communication with this company since I ordered has been phenomenal. My package arrived quicker than I expected. The color match is absolutely perfect. That surprised me. From my very first application the product went on beautifully. I use a brush. A little dot of product did my whole face. My red flush was gone. My freckles covered. My tone leveled out all over my face. No more dark circles under my eyes. I even used it on the back of my hands and it covered age spots there. It smooths things out so nicely.
The pump bottle has nice weight to it. Plenty of product inside. I don't dress up and/or go out often but I do plan to order again.

The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
