The whole reason I came to this brand was because it offered a try before you buy feature. However, when I tried purchasing the fountain with the 'Try Before You Buy' option, the order could not be completed. I tried many times to get it to go through. Finally, I gave up and decided to try to order the foundation at full price without the 'Try Before You Buy' option. And bug suprise, the order went straight through without a hitch.

I have severe dry eye from a medical condition and mascara just falls off of my lashes. Black card mascara stays on all day and washes off easily. I also love "woke up like this" foundation!

At first I was skeptic about this product, thought it was just another marketing scam on FB.
I haven't used foundation on a daily basis since the 80's. I have very good skin, and I take care of it; now that I'm in my 50's, plus living in east coast- FL I refuse to use any.
My sun-kissed glow is all I needed, plus, I hate that feeling of "caked on layers and the itchiness!" As my body was transitioning with age, and work hours got longer, my hormones also started to decrease, (all part of life)! I began to notice dark circles under my eyes and minor skin discoloration, nothing major, but I had a special event I was going to, and I wanted to look extra "Flawless", so, after trying and returning so many foundations and under-eye concealers, I decided to to try IL Makiage and see what the fuss was all about, and was it really worth my time and money. I must confess that I was incredibly impressed with the results! I've always had people tell me how beautiful may skin was, but when I wear my "Woke Up Like This" foundation, the compliments double even more!
The best part is that when I do wear it, which is still once in a 'blue moon' it doesn't does not feel heavy or cakey. I can use as much or as little as I want and it still looks dang-flawless, even after a long day at work. It didn't make my skin break out, and if I only want to use a little tiny bit under my eyes to hide the dark circles, it blends in beautifully! The "Eyeliner" is also the best liner I've ever used, and believe me I've tried "lots!"
The price is also fair for the kind of product that it is. I still don't use it that much, I can't see myself spending so much time to apply makeup, I have other things to spend my time on; you see so many women that do, and 85% of them are so beautiful the way they are, they just don't know it --they don't need all that clown make up... but, oh well, to-each-is-own!
One bottle will last me forever, but I when I do need to get all glammed-up, "Woke Up Like This" foundation is my #1 go-to...

I had a bad batch of makeup it was clumpy I think the lid wasn't on properly during delivery. But I was given a gift code and I purchased more and it didn't cost me much at all. The customer service was great! They treated me with respect and compassion. It was an overall great experience

So I was recommended the Woke up like this foundation by a friend. What really sold me was how amazing and natural the foundation looks on her, and also the fact that she (as well as others on social media) said that first time customers would get a free makeup brush and "mystery item" (the amazing eyeliner). After placing my order I saw that the brush was added (which was only free if you choose the subscription), but not the eyeliner which was disappointing :/ . But other than that I had no other issues.

Be very careful. Once you give your credit card to them, You are stuck. I asked them to cancel my account and delete my credit card a few months ago. Then I realized that they placed an order and charged my credit card. I logged in to my account with them to delete my credit card. Guess what? It kept asking me to enter a new credit card to let me remove that one. They are shameless and whatever I do to cancel my account, there is no way. See the message on the website.

I tried the foundation wasn't impressed I sent back 6-7 days later (after I first actually tried it) I decided it wasn't worth the price tag and it's a try before you buy so I wasn't loosing much right?! WRONG! I sent it back before the 14 days and was still charged full price. Not a "temporary hold" but charged full price for a product I had already sent back before the 14days! They have no number and never heard back from customer service regarding the charge.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
