I was sent a promo code to use on my next order. I placed my order and within seconds realized the promo code was not applied. I messaged help immediately to ask them to cancel my order so I could re-order it with my code or if they could apply it on their end. The response I got is that promo codes cannot be applied to existing orders… I'd hardly call an order placed 2.4 seconds ago existing. It's a shame because I do like the product. But customer service is big for me so I will be seeing what else is out there!
They will only email you and then, they answer a question you didn't even ask. THEY RESPOND WITH A STANDARD ANSWER!

I don't know why this company receives such a bad rap for their free trial option. I got the same pending charge on my bank account but it went away just like they said it would after five or six days, I tried the products, sent back what I did not like, and I was only charge for what I kept. I liked the WULF foundation, it wasnt too heavy but had great coverage. The no filter primer and F Im flawless concealer were just okay, I felt like my tarte concealer worked better and I don't feel like the primer did anything for me. I sent those products back within the 14 days and was not charged for them. They do not have a number for customer service but I received prompt email responses to my concerns

I wanted to reorder but I wanted to go 2 shades lighter for winter. I asked how you did that. They responded as though I was unhappy about my last order. Had me do the quiz again. Now the number it is recommended isn't anywhere close to the color I had originally ordered. This should have been a simple transaction.

I'm canceling my subscription as I still have yet to receive the first sample… it appears the shipping and distribution is not quite there yet… Interested to try the product once they have their distribution channels in shipping under control but for now, I will be canceling my subscription.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
