I love what I order from IL Makiage! The mascara is amazing! I recommend everyone to try it. I've also tried the concealer which was a perfect match and finally covered my dark under eye circles. My experience: the shade match was unbelievable! Exact undertone and color, just by filling out the online quiz. The foundation is so lightweight that even after two pumps I dint feel anything on my skin, same after a full day wear.
Did not settle into my laugh lines (unbelievable again).
I really really wanted it to be my holy grail but the finish was patchy. I wore it a day after exfoliation, on well moisturized skin (tatcha dewy skin cream) and with tatcha silk canvas primer. It was patchy everywhere.
I tried it on three different occasions with different moisturizers and primers, making sure all are water based, tried using both beauty blender and foundation brush but nothing made it look smooth. Builds up to a medium coverage but remains patchy. From far apart the skin looks like skin but upclose it is a mess and I'm not okay to settle for that.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
