I am so upset!
I wanted to see how much the order will be. It was $11 after my coupon and after I went to PayPal it was $16. The next step was to review but instead of that it placed the order right away and was more than $17.
If I know it would charge before reviewing I would not have ordered it.
Lesson learned. I will never order from you again Not the lip liner that I liked. Not the mascara and not the tanning mousse.

Wow! So I will start with my 1st order. I took the quiz and I got my color match foundation and concealer. I have extremely dry flaky skin. And I was not able to use the foundation so I contacted the company and told him what was going on and I've been trying for three weeks different things different plumping serum's, etc. They were able to help me out and gave me an option for a refund or a credit to use for other products. I decided to order the skin, care serum, and lotion. And I'm very excited to get those in and then I would like to try the foundation again and see if that helps. The concealer is amazing. The foundation is amazing it matches my skin tone. Perfect. They're quiz they do is spot on. I'm so excited to get my new products in and be able to hopefully get my flaky dry skin to where it needs to be to wear the foundation again. The color match is amazing and I'm so excited with my future endeavors with this company. I will keep purchasing. Amazing company amazing customer service. Amazing products.

Ordered the IL mascara on line. Quick and easy process. Received my order literally in a couple of days. I've tried a many of mascaras in my days. Drugstore to high end. This is hands down my favorite! Does a great job at making my lashes long and full. Doesn't smudge a bit.

I was skeptical and I have to say I am really impressed! The color match to my skin was PERFECT! I have been looking for a new foundation for a while. I am so glad I took the test on IG. Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
