My experience has always been great I'm always satisfied with customer service they always make sure that I am good plus I love the makeup and products on my skin, my doesn't break out and I love the way my shin looks so natural when I apply my foundation for my skin I don't have to use much but just a finger amount and I'm good to go
I ended up with the wrong shade product with my initial order. I initiated a return, but life got the best of me and I didn't get it out to them before being fully charged. They gave me a coupon for a review and an e-gift for being unable to return in time. When I couldn't use both to cover the purchase of a replacement, they sent one out to me and allowed me to keep the original product at no extra charge! I won't soon forget treatment like that. My second order was sent without an email informing me and giving me the opportunity to change the shipment. I rarely use make-up and won't need another for quite some time so I immediately tried reaching customer service. The emails didn't not go through and the phone number I found was no longer in service. Really makes you question the reliability of the company. I did go to their website and was immediately given a log in where I changed my next shipment and was given the choice to cancel so I am hoping they honor the change and don't ship me more in a month. I was also able to leave them a message that is supposed to be answered within 24 hours, so time will tell if that worked.
The makeup itself is the absolute best I have tried so I did not want to completely give up on the company. It gives a natural even tone and the brush is excellent. Great product, lacking on the customer service.

I hate giving even one star! This makeup is a scam! I ordered what I thought was a SAMPLE for $6, and I've been enrolled into a subscription service. I am now trying to stop these charges with my credit card company and I've been billed an initial charge of $82. Hopefully my comment isn't removed. But I will keep posting everywhere. Proceed WITH CAUTION when buying from this company! I've filed consumer complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the NY State Attorney General's office.

I Purchased a cream for my mother in Oct 2022 and they charged me $63.13 and i received my cream then a month later they charged me 107$ because they say
When placing my original order last July 18,2022, I also signed up for auto-replenishment. ( I did not) This means they send regularly scheduled orders of product(s) based upon your chosen frequency but since last july I have not ordered anything else. Why? Because they already did this to me once. The original time I ordered they had to refund me because they charged me twice. (using my account -not my mothers)
My mom wanted the cream and even though I was having doubts due to my first experience. I still ordered her cream. Like I said I was charged $63.13 and received my moms cream. I see my bank statement 2 weeks ago and everything is messed up because they decided to say that back in July I signed up for auto replenish and yet I had not heard from them since I ordered the cream in October. If It's signed up for auto replenish what happened in Aug/Sept?
I ask for a refund and They informed me a 2nd cream or items that they think we needed due to the auto replenish that apparently we signed up for in July was already shipped out and that there was nohing they could do. I can return the 2nd cream or items they sent ONCE RECEIVED and they would return ''the value of the item'' I continue to ask them for my money of 107$ and they continue to say ''the value of the item'' will be refunded to you no questions asked.
Let me just add she says there's nothing she can do because this 2nd cream or items were shipped out alredy and yet I STILL have not received it. I want it so I can return it and get my money back but surprise the auto replenish item that somehow only started to replenish in october again when I ordered is NOT HERE

I am very fair, with pink undertones. I did the quiz and #35 was the suggestion. I've been amazed at how great it looks, but my skin was a bit darker in the summer. I wrote to customer service to ask if I should try the one lighter shade, and they said give it a try. I had a nice discount from my first purchase, and am trying the lightest shade - with the confidence that I can return if it doesn't work for me. I just really enjoy the flexibility and will not purchase any other foundations given how the customer service has been.
I love the foundation. It matches my skin tone perfectly. The power cream is a great moisturizer but I'm not sure if it makes your skin firmer. The No filter pore minimized made me breakout so I quit using it. I guess it's not recommended for acne prone skin.
I just wanted to try the primer and make up samples because I am looking for a new brand. After they got my credit card info there were several quizzes to sell more stuff and no way to sign out. This stuff is a luxury, not a necessity, and if it is a pain in the neck to deal with this company I won't.

I had a great experience. It was quick and easy and took less than 5 minutes. I have already used this make-up before, so I knew what I wanted. I only have ONE REQUEST. Do NOT SEND Multiple discounts (e-gift codes) when only 1 will work. I had 5 e-gift codes ranging in price of 10% up to 45% off and only the 15% e-gift code worked. That part was confusing because I wanted to use them all. Just send 1 please. Other than that, Great Stuff.

Hi Liess! Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s).

I had a great experience with IL Makiage.
The foundation didn't work well with my skin, but all the other products are amazing. Customer service listened to my needs and helped me out the best to their ability, which said a lot for me. I would highly recommend trying different products, because I promise you they will work to find something you can't wear without.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
